Creator Agreement

Applies To: Creators who register or are invited to publish in Cybeauty Magazine (cybeauty.ai, shop.cybeauty.ai), Cybeauty Club (club.cybeauty.ai) or submit content for use in any Cybeauty-affiliated property.

1. Agreement Overview

This Creator Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“the Creator”) and Cybeauty, governing your participation on the Cybeauty Magazine, Cybeauty Club platform or contributions to any part of the Cybeauty ecosystem.

By submitting content, creating a creator profile, or earning from your work via Cybeauty, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or legal adult age in your jurisdiction)

  • Be the rightful creator and owner of the AI models and content you submit

  • Have the legal right to monetize, license, or distribute content

  • Submit only AI-generated material (real human content is strictly prohibited)

3. Content Ownership & Licensing

You retain full ownership and copyright of all AI-generated content (images, videos, text, audio, etc.) that you submit to Cybeauty, including your AI personas, artwork, and branding.

However, by uploading or submitting any content to Cybeauty (including through Cybeauty Magazine, Cybeauty Club, the Agency, or promotional collaborations), you grant Cybeauty a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to:

  • Use, host, display, reproduce, promote, and distribute your content across all Cybeauty-operated platforms and services;

  • Modify or adapt the content as needed for formatting, cropping, watermarking, thumbnails, metadata tagging, or SEO optimization;

  • Use your AI personas and content in promotional material including social media posts, email campaigns, sponsored ads, landing pages, and third-party features to drive visibility and traffic to your profile or the Cybeauty brand;

  • Retain archive or backup copies of your content, even after removal from the public-facing site, for security, compliance, or analytics purposes.

This license does not allow Cybeauty to sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit your content outside the Cybeauty ecosystem without your explicit written consent (e.g., bundling in third-party packs, NFTs, or print media collaborations).

You may remove your content or request takedown at any time, and Cybeauty will comply within a reasonable time frame (typically within 10 business days), excluding any archived or cached instances required for record-keeping or residual technical use.

4. AI-Only Content Policy

You agree to:

  • Only upload images, videos, audio, or text that are 100% AI-generated

  • Ensure your content does not resemble real individuals without their consent

  • Avoid training or generating content based on real persons, celebrities, or protected likenesses

  • Clearly label your AI models and personas, including names and themes

Violating this policy can result in immediate removal and account termination.

5. NSFW/adult Content Guidelines

NSFW (adult/erotic) content is permitted, provided it:

  • Is clearly marked as adult-only during submission

  • Does not depict or suggest minors, violence, abuse, or illegal behavior

  • Complies with U.S. and international adult content laws and ethical AI generation standards

We reserve the right to refuse or remove any NSFW/adult content at our discretion.

6. Revenue, Payments & Payouts

You may earn revenue through:

  • Subscriptions to your creator profile

  • Pay-per-view content

  • Tipping or custom content sales

  • Sponsored model placements (with separate agreement)

Payout Terms:

  • Revenue share model: Creator 90% / Platform 10%

  • Payouts are processed via CentroBill on a biweekly basis

  • Minimum payout threshold: $50

  • Creator is responsible for applicable taxes and fees in their jurisdiction

7. Prohibited Uses & Conduct

Creators may not:

  • Upload content that includes real persons or unlicensed likenesses

  • Misrepresent content as “real” or mislead fans into thinking AI personas are human

  • Impersonate others or mislead users with false claims

  • Use AI personas for hate speech, extremist ideology, violence, or exploitation

  • Engage in fraudulent behavior (e.g., fake tipping, inflated engagement)

Cybeauty reserves the right to remove content or suspend creators for any breach of this agreement or community standards.

8. Termination of Agreement

You may terminate this agreement by:

Cybeauty may terminate your account or remove content at any time for:

  • Violations of this agreement

  • Legal risks or regulatory issues

  • Reputational harm to the platform

Any outstanding earnings will be paid out at the next scheduled cycle, unless fraudulent activity is detected.

9. Representation & Warranties

You represent and warrant that:

  • You are the creator and owner of the content submitted

  • Your AI models are unique and do not infringe on others’ rights

  • You are not using Cybeauty to promote, distribute, or monetize illegal or harmful material

You agree to indemnify and hold Cybeauty harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities related to your content or behavior on the platform.

10. Independent Creator Status

You are an independent content creator, not an employee, contractor, or legal partner of Cybeauty. Nothing in this agreement constitutes an employment or agency relationship.

11. Changes to the Agreement

Cybeauty may update this agreement from time to time. You will be notified of major changes via platform notice or email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
