Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales made through the Cybeauty ecosystem are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for:

  • Magazine downloads (PDF or other formats)

  • Subscription access to creators or AI personas

  • Pay-per-view content

  • Tipping or donations

  • Custom content or commissioned work

Please review your purchase carefully before confirming.

2. Refunds for Technical Errors Only

Refunds will only be issued in the rare event of a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the product or service you purchased, such as:

  • You were charged but did not receive access to the content

  • You received a corrupted or non-functional file (e.g., unreadable magazine)

  • Duplicate charges or accidental billing errors caused by the platform

To qualify for a refund:

  • You must contact us within 72 hours of the issue

  • You must include a screenshot or clear description of the problem

  • Our support team must be able to replicate and verify the issue on our side

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

3. No Refunds for User Error or Preference

We do not offer refunds under any of the following conditions:

  • You changed your mind after purchase

  • You accidentally purchased the wrong product or creator subscription

  • You are dissatisfied with the content (visual style, tone, persona interaction, etc.)

  • You expected interaction from a real human (all content is AI-generated and disclosed as such)

4. Unauthorized Use or Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment provider dispute without contacting our support team first may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of your account

  • Loss of access to all previously purchased content

  • Being permanently banned from Cybeauty platforms
