User Agreement

Applies To: cybeauty.ai, shop.cybeauty.ai, club.cybeauty.ai, cybeauty.net, cyberbeauty.net, naomimarie.net, and all associated services under the Cybeauty brand.

1. Acceptance of Agreement

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the Cybeauty ecosystem, including our website, digital magazine, AI personas, virtual experiences, store, or creator platform you (“the User”) agree to be bound by this User Agreement. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

This User Agreement supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to access or use any part of the Cybeauty platform. By using our services, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Certain areas (e.g., NSFW/adult magazine issues or the Cybeauty Club) may require age confirmation or explicit content disclaimers.

3. Nature of Content & Interactions

All images, videos, and personas featured on Cybeauty are entirely AI-generated. The influencers, models, and characters showcased, including but not limited to Naomi Marie, are not real people and do not represent actual individuals.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • All communications and persona interactions are generated using artificial intelligence.

  • Virtual Girlfriend or Companion experiences are strictly fictional, for entertainment purposes only.

  • No romantic, emotional, or psychological relationship is intended or implied between the user and any AI persona.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use Cybeauty services lawfully and respectfully.

You must not:

  • Attempt to portray AI personas as real humans in misleading or deceptive ways.

  • Upload, distribute, or link to illegal, offensive, or non-consensual material.

  • Harass, threaten, or engage in toxic behavior toward AI personas, Cybeauty staff, creators, or other users.

  • Use AI images or personas to create or distribute deepfakes, impersonations, or defamatory content.

  • Circumvent platform access restrictions or impersonate others.

5. User-Generated Content

Some areas of the platform may allow user interaction (e.g., comments, DMs, forms, or fan submissions).

You retain ownership of your content but grant Cybeauty a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display such content for platform operation, moderation, or promotional purposes.

We reserve the right to review, moderate, or remove any content that violates our policies.

6. Subscriptions & Paid Access

If you purchase magazine issues, subscribe to AI influencer content, or join Cybeauty Club:

  • You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information.

  • All payments are final unless stated otherwise in our refund policy.

  • Cybeauty does not guarantee ongoing availability of any individual model, creator, or experience.

Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled prior to the billing cycle.

7. Content Ownership & Licensing

Unless otherwise stated:

  • All AI-generated visuals, personas, and platform content are owned by Cybeauty or its creators.

  • You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or monetize any content without explicit permission.

  • Licensing options (e.g., persona partnerships, branded AI campaigns) are governed by separate agreements.

8. Affiliate Promotions

Cybeauty may feature affiliate links to third-party offers. If you purchase through such links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. You acknowledge that these products or services are not owned or controlled by Cybeauty.

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how affiliates may track engagement.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of this Agreement, our Terms of Service, or applicable laws.

We may also remove or restrict content, features, or access without prior notice if deemed necessary for platform safety or integrity.

10. Limitation of Liability

You use Cybeauty services at your own risk. We make no guarantees regarding emotional satisfaction, uninterrupted access, or AI interaction outcomes.

Cybeauty is not liable for:

  • Emotional distress or personal harm from AI experiences

  • Loss of access to digital assets

  • Third-party actions (including affiliate offers or external creators)

11. Changes to the Agreement

Cybeauty may modify this User Agreement at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Significant changes will be announced via the website or email notification (if applicable).
